At LUNORA, we take pride in the quality and careful preparation of our fragrances and handmade soaps. Your satisfaction is important to us.

14-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging.

Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes, reed diffusers, or handmade soaps due to personal preference, including fragrance preference.

This does not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when available.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a return is required because of our error or a defective product, LUNORA will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate alternative.

Perfumes and other fragrance liquids may be subject to shipping restrictions. Please do not ship these products back without receiving return instructions from us.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before shipment. Once an order has shipped, the applicable return policy will apply.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies provided under applicable law.
